Have a look at the table below to check the delivery times and fees available in your country.
At this time we cannot deliver to Norway, Switzerland, the Azores, Balearic Islands, Campione d’Italia, Canary Islands, Livigno, Madeira, San Marino and Vatican.
We are currently unable to ship to PO Boxes and freight forwarders.
Keep in mind that orders are prepared or delivered only on working days, from Monday to Friday. Does not include Italian public holidays and public holidays in the country of delivery.
During business days, all orders placed before 3pm CET will be prepared the same day while orders placed after 3pm CET will be prepared the next working day.
Once you order is shipped, we will send you an email with a tracking link. You can also track your order from your Account or from the Order Status page you can access to from the order confirmation email.
Once an order has left our facility, please note that it can take few hours for some shipping couriers to update further tracking details.
Also, you’ll receive a notification the day it is out for delivery or when delivered to the pick up point you selected.

You’ll find the expected shipping date on the product page. We will ship your order as soon as possible, but we can't guarantee a specific date. If your order contains “pre-order items”, please note these will most likely be shipped after the in-stock items. In any case, you’ll be notified every time your order or part of an order has been shipped.
