  • How can I return an item?
  • At Superfluid we are happy to accept returns of any unwanted item within 30 days from delivery date, provided it is in its original condition, unopened, unused and with all seals, tags and packaging intact.

    - If you are located in Italy, Spain or UK:

    1. To start a return, reach out at or chat with us, we’re happy to help!

    2. After we’ll receive your return request, we’ll send you an email with both the return instructions and pre-paid labels to print.

    3. All you’ll need to do is drop off your parcel at the carrier location.

    Please note that the return cost will be deducted from the refund that you will receive. If you would like to use your own return shipping method instead, please let us know at or by chat.

    - For any other country:

    1. To start a return, reach out at or chat with us, we’re happy to help!

    2. Pack the items in the original shipment box (or any rigid carton box) with the return form inside. Be sure to remove the original shipping label.

    3. Return your parcel using the carrier of your choice at the following address: Superfluid (returns) Via Morimondo 26, 16A 20143 Milano, IT

    Please note returning an item is at your own risk and cost. We are not liable for damage caused by inadequate packaging by you or if the item is damaged or lost while being returned to us. Items that are damaged when we receive them will not be eligible for refund.

  • Is the return free?
  • Please note that the return shipping cost is your responsibility. 

    You can use our selected carriers to return your product(s) and print our pre-paid labels. You can then send back the item by dropping off the parcel in our carrier location/ contacting the carrier to arrange a pick up. We will then deduct the return shipping fee from your refund.

    The return shipping fee varies depending on your location:

    Italy: 4,50 € 

    Spain: 4,90 €

    UK: £ 4,00

    Other Countries: your choice

  • Return of wrong/damaged/defective items
  • We’re sorry something went wrong and we’ll make this right!

  • How can I track my return?
  • We will inform you by email when your returned package arrived in our warehouse.

    You can also contact us and we’ll inform you about the status of your return.

  • How will I be refunded?
  • Your refund will be processed to the same payment method you chose for purchase, except if you paid with a gift card. In the latter case, we will refund the balance to a bank account through an IBAN you’ll have to provide.

  • When will I be refunded?
  • Once your package reaches our warehouse we’ll send you a notification by email. From then, please allow up to 2 business days (depending on peak times) for your return to be reviewed. 

    Once checked, we attempt to process refunds as soon as possible and you will receive an email confirmation when completed. Please allow up to 14 business days for the amount to appear on your account depending on the payment method used and your financial institution.

  • Can i exchange a product?
