Easy as pie! Select the e-gift card amount you want to purchase, add it to your cart and proceed to checkout. The e-gift card and the redemption code to use will be sent to the email address provided during checkout immediately after the purchase is complete. It can then be printed out or you can forward the e-gift card to the receiver.
You can pay with an e-gift card by choosing the option and digiting the redemption code (16 characters) you received by email at checkout. E-gift cards can be used partially, for different orders or in full and are not rechargeable.
If your purchase exceeds the amount on your card, you can combine it with any other payment method available in your country and this can be another e-gift card.
The return policy for returning it is the same as for any other item, you have 30 days from the purchase date, providing that the card has not been used. Refunds will be made using the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please contact us and keep in mind returns of items purchased with an E-Gift Card or partially purchased with a gift card will be refunded through bank transfer.
The e-gift card is valid for 1 year from the purchase date.
