Returns & Refunds

  • How can I return an item?
  • Superfluid is happy to accept return within 30 days from delivery date of any unwanted item, provided it is in its original condition, unopened, unused and with all seals, tags and packaging intact. In order to return product(s) you’ll have to: - If you are located in Italy, Spain or UK:

    1. Start the return by completing our return form online: insert your order number, select the item(s) you would like to return and the reason you are returning them.

    2. Upon completion, you will receive an email confirmation with the return instructions, return form and pre-paid labels to print.

    3. Pack the items in the original shipment box (or any rigid carton box) with the return form inside and stick the pre-paid label received. Be sure to remove the original shipping label.

    4. Drop off your parcel at the carrier location.

    Please note that the return cost will be deducted from the refund that you will receive. If you would like to use your own return shipping method instead, please email us at humans@getsuperfluid.com

    - For any other country:

    1. Start the return by completing our return form online: insert your order number, select the item(s) you would like to return and the reason you are returning them.

    2. Upon completion, you will receive an email confirmation with the return instructions.

    3. Pack the items in the original shipment box (or any rigid carton box) with the return form inside. Be sure to remove the original shipping label.

    4. Return your parcel using the carrier of your choice at the following address: Superfluid c/o Gruppo Sinergia, Via dell'Artigianato 32, Povegliano veronese, 37064, IT

    Returning an item with your own label is at your own risk and cost. We are not liable for damage caused by inadequate packaging by you or if the item is damaged or lost while being returned to us. Items that are damaged when we receive them will not be eligible for refund. For more information, you can check our Return Policy.

  • Is the return free?
  • You’ll pay for the return shipping cost. You can use our pre-paid labels and send back the item by dropping off the parcel in our carrier location. The return fee varies depending on your location and will be deducted from your refund:

    Italy: 4€

    Spain: 4,60€

    UK: 4,90€

    If you prefer, you can return your items using your own carrier, in this case you must ensure that your option and cost is insured. 

  • How to return wrong, damaged or defective items?
  • You received a wrong, damaged or defective item? We’re sorry something went wrong and we’ll make this right! Please contact us or start the return by completing our return form online and choose “wrong product received” or “defective/damaged product received”. Upon completion, our customer care will contact you to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.

  • When will I receive my refund?
  • Once your package reaches our warehouse, please allow 2 business days (depending on peak times) for your return to be reviewed.

    Once checked, we endeavour to process refunds as soon as possible and you will receive an email confirmation when completed. Your refund will be processed to the same payment method you chose for purchase except if you paid with cash on delivery or gift cards. In the latter case, we will refund the balance to a bank account through an IBAN you’ll provide.

     Please allow up to 14 business days for the amount to appear on your account.
