Shipment & Delivery

  • Where does Superfluid ship?
  • Superfluid ships all over Europe and in the UK.

    At this time we cannot deliver to Norway, Switzerland, the Azores, Balearic Islands, Campione d’Italia, Canary Islands, Livigno, Madeira, San Marino and Vatican.

  • What are the delivery options and costs?
  • Delivery options will be shown during checkout, we currently offer 3 options: Pick Up point (🌱 Greener option), Standard Delivery and Express Delivery.

  • When will my order ship?
  • It takes usually 1 to 3 business days to ship your order depending on the shipping options and amount of orders in preparation. Keep in mind that orders are prepared and delivered only on working days (Monday to Friday) excluding Italian public holidays and public holidays in the country of delivery. During business days, all orders placed before 3pm CET will be prepared and shipped the same day while orders placed after 3pm CET will be prepared the next working day.

    You’ll receive an email notification once your order is shipped.

  • How do I track and check the status of my order?
  • Once you order is shipped, we will send you an email with a tracking link.  You can also track your order from the track your order page online.  Besides, you’ll receive an email confirmation the day it is out for delivery or when it has been delivered to the pick-up point you chose.

  • My tracking number is not working
  • Once an order has left our facility, please note that it can take few hours for some shipping couriers to update further tracking details. If your tracking number does not work, or hasn’t updated for a while, please contact us and our team will gladly check for you!

  • Can I change the shipping address?
  • If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us so we can find the best solution.

  • What happen if my package is returned to the sender?
  • In case your parcel could not be delivered and was returned to us, we will process the refund of your order and inform you by email.

  • Where can I find the details of the pick-up point I’ve selected at checkout?
  • When you order will be delivered and ready for collection at the pick-up point you selected at checkout, you’ll receive a notification by email summing the pick-up point address and details.
